We are a learning community providing quality education for children predominately living in the Kamo area of Whangarei. We cater for children from New Entrants to Year 6. The total Kamo Primary School roll is usually in the vicinity of 390 to 475.
Our school vision is ‘Learning for the Future’ and we feel this illustrates the journey of lifelong learning which is at the heart of the New Zealand Curriculum.
KPS News Show Term 4 Week 9 2024- Christmas Show is now available for viewing on our school website (www.kamoprimary.school.nz) under the 'News & Events' drop down tab. Welcome to our last KPS News Show of the year, hosted by Emily and Ava. As this is Mr Leathley's last year of producing the show after 17 years, he thought that he and Mr Morris, who was the principal back in 2007 and helped create the news, would introduce the show.
